ICEE JUNGO AG enters into a strategic production partnership with the FAUN Group for the production of the fully electric street sweeper JUNGO 3.0 SweepJet.
ICEE JUNGO and FAUN Viatec GmbH, a company of the FAUN Group based in Grimma (Saxony, Germany) signed an agreement on 25 July 2023.
From autumn 2023, FAUN Viatec will manufacture the fully electric compact sweeper JUNGO 3.0 on behalf of ICEE Jungo at the sweeper plant in Grimma.
FAUN Viatec GmbH is a subsidiary of the FAUN Group, which is part of KIRCHHOFF Ecotec, the environmental division of the globally active KIRCHHOFF Group. With 13,000 employees, the KIRCHHOFF Group generated sales of 2.5 billion euros in 2022 in the four business areas of Automotive, Tools, Vehicle Conversions and Municipal Technology. The Group has 56 plants in 22 countries on five continents. In spring 2023, the new production plant for sweepers was inaugurated in Grimma near Leipzig, where the electric street sweeper JUNGO 3.0 will also be built in the future.
